Ayurveda Tip POOP Talk

We all poop some more then others.

Here is the Ideally you should go in the morning after waking up. If you are really healthy, your need to go might even wake you up. That’s awesome. The poop should float and should be one solid piece – like a big brown floatey banana

If this is not happening then we have an imbalance. Our Poop tells us alot about what is going on. Stress , the foods we eat, activities we do all and effect our POOP
